You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account with 5qqee. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement. 5qqee may request documentary proof of age at any time. If you are found to be under 21, your account will be suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any winnings accumulated during the period of underage use may be voided.

Each individual may hold only one active account on 5qqee. Opening duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts — whether in the same name or under a different identity — is strictly prohibited. 5qqee may link accounts by device, IP address, or payment method. Any duplicate account found will be closed and associated balances may be forfeited.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration, including your real name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number capable of receiving SMS verification. Registering with false information or another person's identity may result in immediate account closure without refund of any balance.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 5qqee login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it. Notify 5qqee support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. 5qqee will never ask for your password through any channel.

5qqee provides all registered players with voluntary deposit limits, session loss limits, and session time limits, available through Account Settings. Once a lower limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increasing an existing limit requires a 24-hour cooling-off period. Players are strongly encouraged to use these tools as part of responsible gaming practice.

Players wishing to exclude themselves from the Platform for a defined period may request self-exclusion by contacting 5qqee support via live chat. Available durations are 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, your account is suspended and 5qqee will take reasonable steps to suppress marketing communications. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires.

5qqee takes underage gambling prevention seriously. If you believe a minor may access a device on which you use your 5qqee account, you must take all reasonable steps to prevent that access. If 5qqee becomes aware or reasonably suspects that an account holder is under 21, the account will be suspended immediately pending identity verification. Any winnings accumulated on an underage account will be voided and not paid out.

All content on the 5qqee Platform — including the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, and software — is the intellectual property of 5qqee or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from 5qqee. Unauthorised use of 5qqee's intellectual property may result in legal action.

5qqee collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Player data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. All data is protected with SSL encryption.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 5qqee's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 5qqee is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses — including loss of profits or loss of data — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

These Terms are governed by applicable international online gaming regulations. In the event of a dispute, you are encouraged to contact 5qqee support first to seek an informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration as the exclusive means of resolution. Nothing in this clause limits 5qqee's right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in any competent jurisdiction.
